Overview

TD Enterprise Finance, responsible for financial strategy, insights, and support across the TD Bank Group, is launching a 30‑month rotational Finance and Accounting Transformation Associate Program. The role focuses on developing future‑ready finance professionals who combine strong financial acumen with technical expertise in financial planning, data analytics, AI and technology transformation. Associates will deliver core Finance responsibilities while contributing to the evolution of Finance through automation, analytics and system innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Support financial planning, forecasting and performance management (FP&A)
• Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights and identify trends
• Apply structured problem‑solving to support decision‑making and business performance
• Contribute to initiatives that modernize Finance processes, systems and workflows
