Our Client, a company in the Crop Science and Seed Processing industry, is seeking a qualified Finance and Administration Assistant on a temporary basis for a period of less than one year. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Officer, the Finance and Administration Assistant will be responsible for accurately accounting and reporting on all transactions relating to the company under his/her control as well as assuring administration support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of documentation for approval
  • Recording, posting invoices, receipts, journals in accounting system.
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Trial Balance reconciliation
  • Receipting customer payments
  • Supporting Annual Audit
  • Preparing finance schedules-Expense claims, Assets to be insured etc.
  • Inventory-Count
  • Preparing payment vouchers and uploading on sign now
