Responsibilities

• Conduct collection calls and/or correspondence.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts including customer calls, account adjustments, and processing credit memos.
• Monitor the aging of client transactions, determine accounts with accumulating overdue balances, and take necessary steps to collect dues immediately.
• Create executive reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance or Accounting course.
• 2 years of experience doing credit and collection duties.
• Personable and amiable.
