Finance Assistant

Skyborne Airline Academy are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail oriented individual to support the day‑to‑day financial operations within the aviation sector. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, supporting month‑end processes, and working collaboratively within a small, Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase ledger invoices and expenses + ensure correct Nominal Ledger coding.
• Process Sales Ledger Invoices.
• Ensure that all invoices are appropriately approved.
• Assist with monthly cash flow forecast.
• Manage regular payment runs and ad‑hoc payments using Online Banking.
• Process monthly accruals and prepayments journals.
• Manage monthly intercompany reconciliation.
• Deal with supplier queries and reconcile supplier statements.
