Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership

Monitor project costing, variance analysis, and profitability.

2. Accounting & Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts

Manage statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act

Handle audits (internal, statutory, and government audits specific to defence sector)

3. Costing & Manufacturing Finance

Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization

Implement cost control measures across manufacturing operations

Work closely with plant operations for efficiency improvement
