Mô tả công việc: DISCRIPTION
- Responsible for the overall financial control of the organization, including but not limited to:
- Project cost control (forecast, cost monitoring, cashflow projection)
- Entity annual budget forecast and variance analysis
- Entity cashflow forecast.
- Monthly dashboard
- Implement cost accounting processes and procedures, set up monthly review with Chief Accountant, Project Director and General Manager
- Provide strategic analysis of figures to the General Manager and suggest and follow up remedial action plan to address any discrepancy.
- Liaise with Chief Accountant, French financial control team and participate in the monthly meeting
- Track and monitor revenue for accuracy (cost to cost / % of completion basis), ensure monthly accruals are properly adjusted, monitor and track debtors
- Report to General Manager for a first period of 1 year.
