Finance Controller

The position is the most senior person within Finance, responsible for all the financial matters, reporting to the local CFO. This position is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensuring compliance to meet corporate headquarters' needs, adhering to all external compliance requirements of the Government, and auditors. Banks in India and ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, etc
• Ensure completion of yearly group and company audit
• Leading internal controls improvement work by ensuring documentation and adequate processes are in place
• Being the owner of the ERP system Zoho/ Tally, so that data is input into the system 'right' from the beginning in accordance with operational requirements and Indian GAAP
• Lead and prepare regular analytical financial reports and financial statements for the Group for consolidation and reports to local management
