Finance Controlling Manager

For the Spanish subsidiary of an international industrial group, we are currently looking for a Finance & Controlling Manager to take on a key leadership role in the organization. The mission would be to lead and ensure the comprehensive management of the Finance and Controlling areas, as well as the administrative supervision of HR, guaranteeing the reliability of financial information, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Group guidelines.

The role reports directly to the General Management and acts as a strategic business partner, providing analysis, insight, and decision-making support. The position plays an active role in improving operational efficiency and profitability, combining strategic perspective with strong operational involvement.
