Job Description
End‑to‑end responsibility for group finance, accounting, and reporting
Management of group consolidation, statutory reporting, and monthly and annual closings
Preparation of annual accounts and coordination with external auditors and advisors
Leadership and development of international finance teams
Oversight of HR administration and payroll processes in cooperation with external providers
Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimisation
Management of banking relationships and financing structures
Responsibility for tax compliance and structuring, including VAT and corporate income tax
Oversight of insurance programmes and financial risk management
Ownership and optimisation of the finance IT and ERP landscape
