Finance Director

Job purpose

The Director Finance & CFO is responsible for leading the Finance function in-country, ensuring strong financial stewardship, governance, and strategic business partnering with GM and LT in setting the strategic direction. The role drives financial performance, safeguards compliance, and enables informed decision‑making to deliver business growth, drive standardization, resourcing analysis, pricing and performance management and talent development aligned with GSK’s strategic priorities.

The role also operates as a fiduciary leader for the organization being the CFO of a listed entity and a key member of the Board, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in line with regulatory, ethical, and internal governance standards.
