Finance Director - Mergers and Acquisitions About the job Finance Director - Mergers and Acquisitions Software International (SI)  supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US. 
Our client is large, publicly traded software company with operations in 36+ countries world wide and revenue exceeding $13 billion. They specialize in the acquisition of B2B software companies as well as thedesign/implementation/support of various B2B software across a wide range of industries spanning the world. 
Currently we are searching for aFinance Director - M&A  to support their strong YOY growth. 
Role :  Finance Director - Mergers and Acquisitions 
Type:  Permanent 
Salary :  $140,000 - 170,000/year + bonus + vacation + discounted company equity purchase+ other company perks
