This position oversees core accounting tasks, develops initial financial reports and evaluations, ensures transactional precision, and manages a small team. What you will be doing

• Guide and mentor a small team to ensure reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly closing tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Promote a cooperative team culture that advances the organization’s objectives.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for internal review.
