Basic Functions

Overall responsible for Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Budgeting, Internal Control, Compliance with local tax, SEC and other relevant regulations, Compliance with the Philippine Financial Reporting System.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops the budget in collaboration with the President and other key officers of the company.
• Ensures that internal controls are in place, including but not limited to preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, reconciliation of GL and SL, segregation of duties and responsibilities, maker, checker, officers approval system, others.
• Reviews monthly and ad hoc reports, including but not limited to profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets, revenue analysis, cost, and expense analysis, aging of receivables and payables and others.
