Finance Intern - 2026 II

We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to provide transversal support across all finance pillars, including Payroll, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Procurement & Facilities, and Accounting. This role is ideal for a candidate pursuing a career in accounting or finance, eager to gain hands‑on experience in multiple areas of the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recording and processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting in the accounting system.
• Support monthly expense analysis and variance explanations against budget/forecast.
• Collaborate with Payroll to prepare documentation for sick leave reimbursements and follow up with authorities or insurance providers.
• Collect and compare vendor quotations, prepare purchase requests, and provide support for office and corporate events.
