Job Description
FlowerStore.ph is looking for an intern who is passionate about collectively overcoming complex challenges of the hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem, while learning fast and having fun, to join us as a Finance Intern .
Duties and Responsibilities
- Input financial data into various systems accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain financial records (e.g. invoice/receipt) ensuring data integrity.
- Support reconciliation processes for bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Learn to analyze financial data and help create reports for the team.
- Help track and analyze company expenses.
- Participate in audit procedures as required (e.g. Inventory and Cash counts).
