Job Description

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient payment collection and invoicing by monitoring daily transactions.
  • Approving refunds for cash or credit card transactions.
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively by reviewing and managing information.
  • Planning and managing manpower to ensure smooth operations and provide support and advice to the team.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for executives.
