Job Description:
Handling project financial feasibility.
Being responsible for Project Feasibility and cash flow analysis (Hotel, Retail, or Mixed used building business is a must).
Forecasting each project's financial performance to ensure all workflows run smoothly and within budget.
Handling financial report offer to board committee for budget approval.
Cooperating with the Business Development team in term of feasibility checking.
Being able to do additional tasks as Finance CFO assigned. 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
