Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and supervise an accounting team (2-3 people), ensuring effective task distribution and professional development.
• Financial Statements and Reporting: Prepare group consolidation adjustments, analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences (local GAAP vs. US GAAP), prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group, perform Flux Analysis and provide justifications for main variances, collaborate on external audits, assist in the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, provide financial reports to senior management, and assist in the analysis of financial results and KPIs.
