Our client is a service provider that supports all types of visa applications. They also provide translation services. They are currently looking for a Manager of Finance.
Job Descriptions:
Managing the overall finance activities of the operation unit and liaison with counterparties.
Handling day-to-day processes and activities concerning collection, payment, and reporting.
Being responsible for the maintenance of books of accounts and reconciliation on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ensuring timely reporting of the financial information.
Ensuring the proper internal control and compliance with statutory, legal, and internal audit requirements & closure of audit points.
 Ensuring that all comply with both local regulations and Company’s policies.
Ensuring internal customer satisfaction & continuous professional development.
Suggesting and initiating cost-saving and improvement measures.
