We are the 3P (People, Policy, Purpose - HR) Finance team, proudly rolling up into Corporate Finance and working closely with the 3P leadership.

We act as trusted partners to the 3P leadership, providing insightful financial guidance and helping to navigate uncertainty with agility and sharpness.
**Your Impact**
You will be leading a quarterly OPEX budget and be a key business partner to your 3P leadership. You will drive the Fiscal planning, Monthly closing (accruals) of expense, OPEX & Headcount flashes, Quarterly commit(s) and help in consolidation as well as distribution of targets. This role will give you exposure to the Spend priorities that are aligned to 3P strategy.
