Salish Soils is hiring a practical, detail-driven Finance Business Partner to support strong financial operations, reliable month-end close, and smarter systems as we continue to grow. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys full-cycle accounting, understands payroll enough to support accuracy and controls, and can turn messy workflows into clean, repeatable processes. You’ll work closely with our Controller, support and mentor our Bookkeeping Lead, and proactively deliver the data and insights our leadership team needs to make faster, better decisions. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of finance systems, a track record of implementing them effectively, and a genuine hunger to leverage AI tools to get better data, better insights, and more efficient operations. You’re onsite and hands‑on, close to the team, and close to the details that make the numbers make sense.
