Job Summary:

We are now seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to join our Singapore office. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while being the main contact for auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable including posting, cash matching, and dunning processes.
Oversee accounts payable, including invoice entry, bank payments, and reconciliations.
Perform general ledger accounting for Singapore and Japan entities.
Manage GL, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, and prepayments.
Handle expense claims and ensure timely resolution of finance‑related queries.
