The Role

Coefficient Capital is seeking a Fund Finance & Operations Associate to support the day-to-day financial and operational functions of the firm – including fund accounting, financial reporting, and operations – with real ownership from day one. The right candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, is eager to learn, and is energized by building and improving processes rather than simply executing them. This role reports directly to the CFO.
