ResponsibilitiesConduct essential research using various internal systems and tracking tools.Apply specialized process and system knowledge to proactively identify, assess, and resolve both standard and non‐standard contract issues, escalating complex problems as needed.Flexible for mandatory overtime support, including:Weekend support during quarter‐end.Quarter‐End War Room support (remain online until 12am).
