Finance Process & Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct essential research using various internal systems and tracking tools.
• Apply specialized process and system knowledge to proactively identify, assess, and resolve both standard and non‑standard contract issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Flexible for mandatory overtime support, including:
  1. Weekend support during quarter‑end.
  2. Quarter‑End War Room support (remain online until 12am).
  3. On‑call support for countersignature requirements outside regular shifts.
• Execute the final review of all agreements to ensure rigorous adherence to internal compliance and legal guidelines.
• Countersign and fully execute agreements on behalf of the client.
• Accurately upload all fully executed contracts into online booking systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in proprietary booking systems and quickly master new software platforms.
