Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job Purpose: Our client is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Tax and Financial Accounting department. This role is responsible for accurately recording financial transactions in the General Ledger in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring accurate internal and external reporting of the organisation's financial performance and overall financial position. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating accounting information and ensuring that financial data required for reporting purposes is complete, accurate, and available when needed. Key responsibilities include collecting, analysing, investigating, and maintaining financial data, as well as preparing detailed reconciliations. The role reports to the Team Leader, who reports to the Operational Manager.
