Job Description
- Oversee full sets of accounting & prepare monthly management reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee the maintenance of general ledger accounts and trial balances
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations for consolidated financial reporting and assist in monthly Group consolidation
- Perform monthly financial analysis, including budget vs actual comparisons, with detailed review of manufacturing variances and clear explanation of key drivers
- Investigate and explain key variances, working closely with costing accountant and production teams to identify root causes
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts
