We’re expanding our Finance team here at Michael Hill and are looking for three Financial Accountants to join us. These are distinct roles aligned to Retail, Inventory, and Group Services & Assets, offering hands-on responsibility, strong exposure and the opportunity to build depth within a large, complex business.

Financial Accountant (Retail)
Support month-end close, journals, reconciliations and variance analysis.

Prepare monthly retail reporting and respond to store and stakeholder queries.

Partner closely with Retail Operations, including Regional Managers.

Assist with budgets, forecasts and statutory reporting.

Support audit requests, tax journals and process improvement initiatives.
