Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Financial Accounting & Close activities, including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and period-end close
- Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal control standards
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits
- Partner with global and regional finance stakeholders
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and issue escalation
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Oversee transitions of new processes into the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA license required
- At least 8 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig
