About the Role
Our client is a VIC government organisation based in Dandenong. They are currently seeking a Financial Accounting Coordinator to come in and join their team on a 6 month temp contract with potential for extension.
Candidates for this role must have:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or similar, CA/CPA qualification (or in progress)
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and coordinate a Financial Accounting Department,
- A sound knowledge of Goods and Services Tax legislation, Fringe Benefits Tax legislation, AustralianAccounting Standards
- Previous government experience (Desirable)
