Responsibilities
- Participating in preparation and reviews of financial and regulatory reporting
- Staying up to date on accounting standards and regulatory changes; assessing their impact on the firm
- Analyzing the impact of identified internal and external findings on the financial statements and regulatory reporting.
- Preparing and presenting areas of improvement to senior management and business units.
- Making sure that the accounts on our books are substantiated, reconciliations are monitored, and breaks are cleared on due time.
- Accountable for the production of Group quarterly packages and for the monitoring of outsourced services.
- Monitor accounting feed to have accurate accounting data.
- Periodical reviewing of Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Liaising with external / internal auditors.
- Participating actively in projects when relevant
