Responsibilities
- Manage product costing, standard cost updates, and inventory accounting activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze production and inventory variances, investigate discrepancies, and support cost control initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports, KPI dashboards, forecasts, and operational analysis for management review.
- Partner with Production, Operations, and R&Dteams on inventory management, new product costing, and process improvements.
- Support month-end closing, inventory counts, BOM maintenance, audits, and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Excellent proficiency in PowerBI / MS Excel
