Financial Controller

* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. * Monitor financial performance and profitability across business operations. * Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies. * Oversee financial reporting, month-end, and year-end closing activities. * Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. * Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. * Lead and develop the finance team while improving financial processes and controls.
