The Financial Controller is a key role in the senior leadership for this organisation. 
The Role
Finance Leadership: Direct the UK finance function, reporting straight to the Finance Director and Board.
Strategic Partnering: Guide senior directors on commercial decisions, investment appraisals, and business cases.
Team Development: Mentor, lead, and upskill Finance Team Leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
Financial Control: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and long-term planning.
Governance & Reporting: Ensure total compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS, SOX reporting, and statutory audits.
