Key Responsibilities
The Financial Controller coordinates financial planning, business oversight, cost analysis, and compliance while driving efficiency, fostering team development, and supporting continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts. Contribute to expansion and production line change projects.
Provide financial oversight of plant operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals .Analyze and interpret production costs, inventory levels, and manufacturing variances to drive operational efficiency.
Partner with business leader and plant leadership to monitor and control spending, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgets.
