Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and monitor adequate internal controls across all finance functions, including segregation of duties, approval limits, reconciliations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports to senior management.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely annual audited financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and notes.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with all Head of Departments and Head Office to develop and implement the budget.
