Financial Controller - Private Equity

Our client, a Private Equity  company, is looking for a Financial Controller for strengthening its finance team.
As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting for their activities. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall financial success and compliance of the firm.

Responsibilities:

Perform financial analysis and reporting,

Ensure accurate and timely financial closing,

Prepare and analyze financial reports (balance sheets, cash flow statements…),

Collaborate with the investment team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections,

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during the audit process.
