Financial Controller

An established listed investment holding that is currently going through an exciting evolution, is seeking for a change management finance leader to partake and assist in this transition.

As a Financial Controller, you oversee the Finance team across the full spectrum of accounting and financial function. However you will be tasked the FP&A, Corporate Finance and Treasury, Tax structuring, Compliance and Cashflow Management. Other than, you will be heavily involved in statutory group reporting and compliance, including the preparation and review of Annual Report, and corporate governance documentation.
