Our client is a boutique hospitality group located in Bingin, Uluwatu, Bali, operating an exclusive clifftop villa and dining concept overlooking the ocean. They are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations of the property.
The Financial Controller is responsible for all financial operations of the hotel and restaurant, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, inventory integrity, cash protection, cost management, and profitability optimisation, while acting as a financial business partner to operations and ownership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international hotel brands or well-established hospitality groups.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller, or similar leadership role.
- Previous experience in an international luxury environment, high-volume F&B operation, beach club, or multi-outlet restaurant is highly preferred...
