**Who We Are Looking For**- 0-1 years of operating or finance experience (preferred)- Academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, economics, or engineering (preferred)- Strong English and Spanish fluency (verbal and written, preferred)- Analytical aptitude, proactive attitude, and team oriented working style- Ability to make decisions assertively and efficiently- Ability to lead tasks and seek innovative solutions- Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Support on a variety of activities including:- Analysis of operational efficiencies of current and potential projects- Preparation of monthly board of directors' presentations and financial models- Coordination of the Due Diligence process- Development of the 100-day post-closure plan and its implementation- Review of legal contracts- Integration of current or future acquisitions- Initiatives and projects with the different internal areas - system implementations, process mapping, activi...
