Financial Manager

Lead and oversee the full finance function, including reporting, AP, FP&A, tax, and compliance
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes aligned to business strategy
Produce high‑quality financial insights to support strategic decision‑making
Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain strong financial controls and continuously improve processes
Monitor financial performance and identify cost efficiencies and risks
Support treasury activities including funding programmes and due diligence
Act as a key business partner to operational teams and senior stakeholders
Drive adoption and improvement of financial and operational systems
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high‑performance culture
Engage with funders, regulators, and external stakeholders where required
Support the CFO with strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc projects
