Financial Modeling Manager Deals Team

The Manager role will be supporting in the client Incentives process in GCC working closely with Country managers and Finance which includes Deal checking help with modelling and best practice sharing process automation and standardization deriving efficiencies etc.

Responsibilities

• Deal workflow management: Oversee the GIG preparation and deal modeling process including prioritizing deals at structuring stages and ensuring adherence to requirements during deal pipeline reviews. Maintain a deal calendar and conduct weekly sprints to monitor deal progress.
• Promote early alignment and crossfunctional collaboration to prevent multiple revisions and provide a one window service for final approvers.
• Ensure all parties adhere to checklists, deal structures align with client and Visa requirements, deal clauses are comprehensive, and overall structure is efficient.
