Responsibilities
- Record, monitor, and compile daily expense and income reports
- Prepare financial data and statistics for overseas warehouse operations and live streaming businesses
- Coordinate and liaise with external accountants regarding financial records and reports
- Assist the manager in payroll preparation and processing
- Compile and organize bank statements
- Reconcile accounts and financial data with the Chinese finance department
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
- Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management
