The Financial Systems Analyst will support the maintenance, analysis, and improvements of OneStream functionality across Corporate Accounting and FP&A. This role includes gathering system and process requirements from finance and accounting stakeholders, evaluating workflows for efficiency, and ensuring alignment with internal procedures and accounting standards. The analyst will also perform recurring tasks following established processes and assist with ongoing system support. This role provides strong exposure to AGCO’s finance systems environment and offers growth opportunities across financial reporting, FP&A, and process support.
