Are you a detail-oriented finisher with a high standard of workmanship? We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to join a new build housing site in Middlesbrough for an ongoing contract role.
This is a long-term position focused on the final stages of the build, ensuring every plot is handed over to the client and homeowners in show-home condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing final internal snagging lists to a high standard.
- Adjusting doors, ironmongery, and kitchen units.
- Fixing minor timber defects, skirting, and architrave touch-ups.
- Mastic/silicone application to kitchens and bathrooms.
- Identifying and rectifying defects to ensure plots are customer-ready.
- Working closely with the Site Manager to meet strict handover deadlines.
