Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all finishing works on-site including but not limited to plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, ceiling joinery and decorative works.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of finishing activities in line with project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly reports on site activities, resource utilization and materials.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements and within the specified time and cost.
- Inspect and close out snags and punch lists in coordination with the QA/QC and handover teams.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural and finishing works.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping on site.
- Identify and resolve site‑related issues promptly and effectively.
