INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:     
Job Title  – Finishing Foreman     
Project  – New Build Residential    
Job Location  – Co. Louth    
Salary  – €60K - €75K + package    
*Salary Negotiable based on experience*     
About the Company     
Very busy Main Contractor specialising in high volume residential developments across the Leinster Region.    
My client had a fantastic growth period last year which is already set to continue throughout 2024/2025 with multiple new sites starting in North Leinster region.    
They now require a strong Finishing Foreman to oversee the successful completion of a new build development with 2 years minimum on the project.    
Ideally would like to chat to Foremen with experience overseeing the completion of new build housing developments with 100+ units, working with large on site teams and ...
