Fire Engineer (Fire System Design)

NRL are looking for a Fire System Design Engieer to undertake consulting activities on projects as directed by the Lead Engineer or Manager, ensuring work is completed in accordance with client requirements, to schedule and in line with quality procedures.
Work is predominantly based in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical fire engineering and consultancy sector and may include overseas travel.

Remote/Hybrid Position.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Undertake work as directed by the Lead Engineer or Manager.

Conceptual active Fire System Design.

Undertake site inspection visits and attend meetings.

Client facing position on pre-FEED and FEED projects

Build effective relationships with clients.

Deliver work in accordance with project schedules.

Analyse and evaluate plant fire protection systems for compliance and effectiveness

Provide advice and guidance on fire safety related matters
