Overview The Engineering Services Division is currently looking for a Fire Protection Engineer or Analyst to support various projects across Canada. Our team focuses on major infrastructure projects in nuclear, defence, industrial and other markets. We are looking for innovative, critical thinking people who enjoy the challenge to apply the principles of fire safety science to the built environment.
Within the context of Canadian building and fire codes, you will be asked to support and develop fire protection systems design packages building code reports, performance based design and fire hazard analysis. This is a client facing role that requires excellent communication and project management skills.
Your role
Prepare building code reports, fire hazard assessments and other technical documents.
Prepare alternative compliance solutions for performance-based design.
Coordinate with other disciplines in planning and executing project tasks.
