Job Scope
Deliver day to day operation of First Aid at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and offer a first aid service to both employees and guests presented to a high quality, within the agreed standards set out in the current St. John’s First Aid at Work Guidelines and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort first aid procedures. Also by ensuring paperwork is harmonised across both CWOA & TP.
Key Objectives
- Overview the daily duties to make sure the department is fully functional.
- Providing the ultimate experience of the Merlin/LEGOLAND brand.
- Ensure consistent high standards of front and back of house areas
